Thus, the Kids Club is designed to be a fun, sporty and playful hideaway for the youngest guests at the resort. YOURS JOYFULLY “ Auntie, what are we doing today? ” is the rallying cry Korine hears every morning, as the children arrive running to the Kids Club camp set up in the grounds of the hotel. Away from the hustle and bustle, four large canvas tents are erected around a palm-fringed sandy area. “ It’s their enthusiasm that carries me through ”, says Korine. It has been ten years since the young Mauritian woman started work at the Kids Club. “ From one year to the next, I see the children develop and grow – it really touches me. It’s a privilege to be a part of that. ” FAMILY FRIENDLY “ The Kids Club is also for parents! ” Korine laughed. “ The Kids Club, like the Teens Club, is the pillar of a fa- mily holiday at a Beachcomber re- sort. The activities that the Kids Club offers are diverse and exciting. They also offer children the opportunity to interact with other kids from different backgrounds and cultures, which helps them to grow and blossom. By entrusting their children to us, the parents are free to have some time off to enjoy themselves. At the end of the day, when the parents come to pick them up, both child and parent are bursting with stories to tell. ”  À chaque resort son architecture, respectueuse de l’environne- ment, et ses espaces de vie, dédiés à chacun – aux petits comme aux plus grands, en couple, entre amis ou en famille. Ainsi, l’indispensable Kids Club, repaire joyeux, sportif et ludique des plus jeunes. L’ÉLAN SOUVERAIN « Tatie ! Qu’est-ce qu’on fait aujourd’hui ? » C’est le cri de ralliement. Chaque matin, ils arrivent en courant sur le campement du Kids Club du Canonnier Beachcomber, toujours partants pour une partie de pêche à l’épuisette, un cours de séga ou des mini-olympiades sur la plage ! « Tatie » c’est Korine, 30 ans. Monitrice pendant dix ans avant de diriger l’équipe du Kids Club qui accueille chaque jour plus d’une trentaine d’enfants âgés de 3 à 11 ans. « C’est leur enthousiasme qui me porte, dit Korine . D’une année sur l’autre, j’en vois grandir certains, et ça me touche . » FAMILY FRIENDLY « Le Kids Club, c’est aussi pour les parents ! », ironise Korine. Avec le Teens club, c’est le pilier des vacances en famille. « En nous confiant leurs enfants, les parents sont enfin libres de s’accorder du bon temps. En fin de journée, les retrouvailles sont toujours intenses et joyeuses. Chacun déborde d’histoires à raconter.
