STARS IN PARADIS 2 January to 10 March 2020 Beachcomber is delighted to invite you to a Michelin-starred gourmet festival. Over the course of seven weeks, seven of the greatest chefs from Italy and France – including Enrico and Roberto Cerea ( Da Vittorio 3-star restaurant in Bergamo), Moreno Cedroni ( Madonnina del Pescatore, 2 stars, Senigallia), Ronan Kervarrec ( La Table de Plaisance , 2 stars, Saint-Émilion), Philippe Mille ( Le Parc , 2 stars, Reims) – will be taking turns at the helm of the Paradis Beachcomber and Dinarobin Beachcomber, together with their respective executive chefs, Jean- Christophe Basseau and Guillaume Bregeat. Pendant sept semaines, sept des plus grands chefs d’Italie et de France – Enrico et Roberto Cerea (Restaurant Da Vittorio , 3 étoiles, à Bergame), Moreno Cedroni ( Madonnina del Pescatore , 2 étoiles, à Senigallia), Ronan Kervarrec ( La Table de Plaisance , 2 étoiles, à Saint-Émilion), Philippe Mille ( Le Parc , 2 étoiles, à Reims)… –, se succèdent devant les pianos du Paradis Beachcomber et du Dinarobin Beachcomber, en colla- boration avec leurs chefs exécutifs respectifs, Jean-Christophe Basseau et Guillaume Bregeat. Un rendez- vous gastronomique qui scelle les noces culinaires de la Méditerranée et de l’île Maurice. STARRY NIGHTS AT BEACHCOMBER A breath of culture is blowing over the starry nights at Beachcomber, who has just invented a new type of evening event. Started in the Group’s 5-Star Resorts, under the artistic direction of the island’s most trendy couple, Astrid Dalais and Guillaume Jauffret (Move for Art), the Be Artstanding project presents exclusive exhibitions and original creations. The programme includes dancers, musicians, visual artists, and performers, working together with a team of anthropo- logists, choreographers and cos- tumiers, who combine innovation and tradition. The perfect oppor- tunity to meet avant-garde art and artists from all over the world. In the Dinarobin Beachcomber gardens, Le Chant des lucioles (Song of the Fireflies ), designed by the Belgian-Tunisian artist Naziha Mestaoui, a pioneer of digital art, dialogues with the sculptures by the Mauritian visual artist Nirmal Hurry. Original installations brighten up the magical beach of the Paradis Beachcomber. At the Trou aux Biches Beachcomber, art can be seen at sunset, during the revisited Beautiful Lights ritual. Be Artstan- ding … right through till daybreak! LA NUIT INÉDITE DE BEACHCOMBER Un souffle culturel se lève sur la nuit étoilée de Beachcomber, qui vient réinventer vos soirées. Lancé dans les Resorts 5 Étoiles du groupe, sous la direction artistique du couple le plus « arty » de l’île, Astrid Dalais et Guillaume Jauffret (Move for art), le projet Be Artstanding présente en exclusivité des spectacles signatures et des créations origi- nales. L’occasion de rencontrer l’avant-garde artistique d’ici et d’ailleurs. Ainsi, dans les jardins du Dinarobin Beachcomber, Le Chant des lucioles , conçu par l'artiste belge et tunisienne Naziha Mestaoui, pionnière de l’art numé- rique, dialogue avec l’œuvre sculpturale du plasticien mauricien Nirmal Hurry. Des installations iné- dites illuminent la plage féerique du Paradis Beachcomber. Au Trou aux Biches Beachcomber, l’art s’invite au coucher du soleil, lors du rituel revisité « Beautiful Lights ».
